Hypnotherapy Demystification

"If an atom is 99.99999 % energy and .00001% physical substance, then you are actually more nothing than something! So why do you keep your attention on that small percent of the physical world when you are so much more? Is defining your present reality by what you perceive with your senses the biggest limitation you have? So to change, you must be greater than all things physical in your life?

”J.Dispezna

Before the development of quantum physics, an atom was believed to be made up of a solid nucleus and less solid particles - electrons - orbiting around it. Quantum physics revealed that atoms are made up of, so to speak, empty space because 99.99999 per cent of the atom is energy and only 0.000001 per cent is matter. “Scientists have found that when electrons interact with the nucleus of an atom, they gain more energy, lose it, regain it and then lose it completely. One moment an electron exists as a probability wave, the next it appears as a particle, then disappears into nothing, then reappears somewhere else. Quantum physicists have discovered that the person observing (measuring) the particles that make up an atom influences the behaviour of energy and matter. Quantum science experiments have shown that electrons exist simultaneously in infinite places in an invisible energy field. However, an electron only appears at a location when the observer focuses on that point of its potential presence. In other words, the particle does not appear in reality until we start observing it. This phenomenon is called “ wave function collapse” or “observer effect”. It is now known that the moment an observer looks at an electron, all these probabilities reduce to a physical event” (J. Dispenza). Quantum physics shows that the consciousness of the observer determines the results of the experiment, and consciousness is shaped by the outside world. We reduce infinite probability waves to a physical event. The thoughts of the observer influence the results in matter. In other words, we attract things, events, people into our lives according to our beliefs.

People are not born with ideas, such as, I’m not worthy/I’m unlovable/I’m insecure/It’s not safe to be myself/It’s not safe to love/It’s not safe to lose or gain weight/You have to work very hard to have money/creativity is pointless/it’s pointless to do anything/my opinion doesn’t matter/my self-worth depends on other people/I’m powerless to make a difference/it’s not safe to speak up/I’m to blame for everything etc...  The events, situations, experiences and interpretations that happen to us shape our beliefs and create a certain understanding and perception of the world. Because of our individual characteristics, we react in one way or another and planted a destructive scheme in our minds. No matter what happens in life, we react through the filters of our wounds, interpreting events and information according to our beliefs.

Everything that happens to us in our lifetime that we no longer even remember goes nowhere, all the information is in our subconscious mind, with which our conscious mind is in constant contact. Our thoughts, words, actions, intentions, experiences, events are stored in our subconscious. When a traumatic or emotionally sensitive event happens during infancy, childhood or adolescence, we tend to repress those feelings and lock them away, but in spite of the fact that we have pushed those painful events and the feelings they caused to the farthest corners of the soul, they never go away, they keep coming out and irritating us, creating negative emotions, feelings of well-being or even illness.

We may want or desire something very much, and think positively, but our desires will never be fulfilled if our beliefs are the opposite. A simple example - you want to be respected and loved, but you don’t consider yourself worthy of love and respect, you don’t believe inwardly that you deserve to be loved, therefore you will always attract people into your life who will stimulate the feeling of being unloved. If you believe that you have to be perfect to deserve love, then this belief will lead to perfectionism, self-absorption, eternal need of validation, exhaustion, loss of joy in life, or some kind of serious illness, because no matter what you do, you will still not feel perfect or worthy. A large part of our personality lies in the subconscious mind, so it is important to remove old destructive programmes rather than to think or desire positively. During hypnosis, a deeper awareness becomes available to help restore repressed memories or to understand the causes of certain behaviours or problems. We can access old memories and, as thoughts and feelings become coherent, we become divine creators, observers with the power to change the matter.

After hypnotherapy sessions, clients change the phrase “it happened” to “I attracted”. Clients realise that there were no coincidences, the whole chain of events comes together to show why life was not what they wanted. In his book “Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself”, J. Dispenza poses a question worthy of a new life, a true self, a divine creator: “How should I think, feel and behave in order to ensure that the consequences or results I create are in line with what I want?”. Nobody punishes us for anything; we punish ourselves with our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. No one will reward us for suffering and living as a victim; we do not have to atone for our misery. Today you can decide whether you want to live as a victim or as a creator, whether you want to be a slave to your thoughts or a positive author of your life. The greatest sin is to forget that you exist, because God can only create through you.
