Gestalt Psichotherapy
Aims to combine all aspects of a person (mind, body, spirit) into wholeness, so that a person lives a conscious life while being whole, harmonious within their selves and their relationship with the environment
About hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is self-hypnotising oneself out of unconscious, harmful, automatic behaviours, imposed false thoughts and misguided, destructive beliefs. It is a journey of rediscovering the inner self and freeing oneself from old habits, behaviour and beliefs. As M. Norbekov once said, “The one who has conquered oneself is invincible”.
About Gestalt psichotherapy
In the words of many eminent Gestalt therapists, Gestalt psychotherapy is the Western path towards a more genuine and balanced life.
About me
I have always been curious about how our own thoughts affect the way we live our lives, how past painful, traumatic events or childhood experiences embedded in our subconscious minds, which are no longer recalled by us, or are deliberately repressed by our conscious minds, can cause problems, and prevent us from living a fulfilling and happy life.
Help
Change starts through recognition of what is happening to us, with some clearly visible symptoms/issues or those deeply hidden.
During the therapy sessions, we work towards identifying emotions, feelings, problems and destructive behaviour, bringing it into the daylight. Once a deep state of relaxation has been reached, when the subconscious mind is in contact with the conscious mind, we identify when certain thoughts have been formed and we no longer allow them to guide, disrupt and destroy. All the answers lies within. The only person who can help you is yourself, and I am just a passenger in your sessions helping you to connect all the dots.
